Benefit Events

2011 brought us several opportunities to be of assistance to our fellow man.  The two most significant were a local couple who are in our artist community and like so many of us, struggle with high gas and electric bills.  When it came to our attention that they could use some help we quickly put up the red flag and enlisted friends and local business people to help us out.  We were able to raise enough money to keep the wolf at bay.  The second opportunity came within about 30 days later when two families lost everything in a house fire.  The fire effected four adults and five children - we immediately went into action and was able to rally the troops once again to help our community.  We strongly believe that we are all in this together and that together we can be successful.  Many local businesses (both small and large) came through and helped us pull these two events off. This was not just a NLT event, it was Johnstown pulling together like it has so many times in the past.  We are very thankful to live in such a community.  We hope you enjoy the pictures.
