What is a life coach?

A life coach listens for your visions, values, commitment and purpose in your words and demeanor.  I am here to listen for "your" larger life.  Coaching is not just about listening for just problems and or past history but about listening for possibilities, goals, dreams and your aspirations.  It's about discovering and harnessing and expanding on your strengths and providing you with the tools to keep you on the road heading towards your goals, whether its to lose weight, find the love of your life, increase your self esteem, build a business, increase your sales, quit smoking, reduce your stress, etc.  Together with my intuitive knowledge and guidance from your angels and guides we will build the life of your dreams!

Each client has individual needs and requirements but I do recommend that you are able to commit to at least a three month block of time for working with me.  Each session will last at least 30 minutes and be held at least once a week either on the telephone, in my office or via email.  All sessions are designed specifically for your needs and may exceed the average coaching session.  Please allow for a 1-2 hour intake session prior to actual coaching so that we may get to know each other.  If you have any questions this webpage is very informative and I am available to answer your specific questions via email.
